We came after Typhoon Ragasa and the staff randomly gave us a room upgrade from Queen to a Family Room King (King + 2 twins) we didn't need the twin beds but all the extra space is appreciated. 5+ min Walk to Tuen Mun MTR, 10+ walk to local mall Tuen Mun Plaza, theres also a decent park nearby in the same area.

The room is in the correct size and has a desk for working. The bathroom works properly and the environment is great. The location is remote but it is as expected. There are metro and buses to the town though. The staff are responsive and helpful. The stay was generally ok.

The location is excellent, bus and LRT and rail connecting to all over Hong Kong. close by to San Hui market and Tuen Mun Town center shopping complex with lots choice of food 24/7. Not too crowded but convent spot. The hotel room don’t have signage of require tidy up. They will just tidy your room everyday. It is my first time for rooms being cleaned everyday so a bit surprised , staff will not touch your stuff if they are not in your way.

Cool hotel, with large comfortable, quiet rooms. Aircon worked perfectly. Great shower. Staff are helpful and professional. Hotel is (I think) an old warehouse in kind of a funky area, with warehouses and logistics facilities. There is activity pretty much 24 hours next door at the logistics center making the area busy but always safe. There is a restaurant next door, and five minutes walk takes you to several more. MTR, bus stops, Light Rail, small shops are all close by. V-City Mall and attached smaller malls are a ten minute walk away.

Easy to go to by bus (A33X or A34) from the airport. Only takes around 35 minutes plus a short walk. Spacious room (booked the Penta plus room), friendly staff, speedy check-in, location near the MTR Tuen mun station which has a busstation beneath. Perfect shower. Light blocking curtains. Perfect bed, linen and towels. Quiet neighbourhood, with V-city mall and San hui market very close by; offering all kind of shops and restaurants. Large gymnasium with all kind of machines. Convienience store next door.
